This is a 1930s Dublin Corporation maisonnette – a ground floor unit with big gardens to the front and back (it faces a green square as well). The current layout includes two bedrooms, living space, small kitchen behind sliding door and tiny bathroom with shower, all enclosed by solid concrete walls.
